ALL AMOUNTS ARE POUNDS STERLING (GBP). The pot is in GBP and the card settles
in GBP. Where a vendor quoted you in another currency, record what actually left
the pot in GBP and put the quoted figure in the description. The two will not
match exactly and are not supposed to.

Format:  DATE  ±GBP  description (quoted price if not GBP; renewal date if recurring)
